Vegetable Fiber (Inulin)
Many recent studies found that certain vegetable fiber called inulin, one of the main ingredients used in Fiber Tea™, may play an increasingly important role in America’s desire to boost fiber intake and calcium absorption. A growing number of scientific studies are demonstrating inulin’s ability to enhance dietary calcium absorption and potentially improve bone mineral density. This is in addition to this natural fiber’s contribution to the total dietary fiber content of the American diet. Offering a 20 % of daily recommended dietary fiber per serving, Fiber Tea™ is truly one of the most advanced and effective natural fiber products in the market.

Natural Sugar-free Sweetener (Erythritol)
Joining industrialized countries like the United States of America, Japan, Australia, and other nations whose food and drug regulations demand very high standards, Canada recently approved erythritol that is natural sugar-free sweetener used in Fiber Tea™. Compared to other reduced sugar products like isomalt, lactitol, maltitol, sorbitol and xylitol, Erythritol has the highest digestive tolerance. Erythritol is the ideal all-natural and non-caloric bulk sweetener. Erythritol offers the added bonus that it is tooth friendly and does not contribute to an increase in blood sugar levels upon consumption. It is diabetic safe.

Potassium
The Institute of Medicine's Food and Nutrition Board has established a new recommended intake for potassium. The new adequate intake for potassium has been set at 4,500 mg per day. This is an increase above the 3,500 mg per day previously recommended. The new adequate intake was established in order to "lower blood pressure, blunt the effects of salt and reduce the risks of kidney stones" as stated in their press release. Fiber Tea™ contains this valuable mineral as one of its ingredients.

Beet
Studies found that beet has a cleansing and digestive qualities. It also promotes better urine discharge. Beet is one of the main ingredients in Rudolf Breuss' 42-day Cancer Cure juice recipe, together with carrot, celery root, black radish, and potato juice. Fiber Tea™ contains beet.

Caramel
The word of “caramel” came from the caramelization of natural food ingredients. The word today is being misused to refer to a sort of candy. It is, in fact, a food which has a brown color commonly used as a natural food coloring. Fiber Tea™ contains pure unsweetened caramel.

Beta-carotene
Beta-carotene comes from red, orange, and yellow pigments that give bright color to many fruits and vegetables. The body converts beta-carotene into vitamin A, and it is now recognized as vital to the growth and development of the human body. Beta-carotene is a potent immune-system booster and a powerful antioxidant. It counters the effects of cell-damaging molecules known as free-radicals. Fiber Tea™ contains Beta-carotene.

Red cabbage
Red cabbage provides the benefit of powerful antioxidants known as anthocyanins. Red cabbage is rich in fiber, vitamins, potassium, calcium, and cancer-fighting compounds called indoles. Fiber Tea™ contains red cabbage.
